Recent surveys have shown that the legislative efforts of the Michigan Dental Association rank among the most important benefits to members. Because of this, the MDA Legislative Department monitors many bills that could have an effect on the practice of dentistry in Michigan.

Dental PAC, the Dental Political Action Committee of Michigan, is one of the most important arms of the MDA Legislative Department. Dental PAC is a voluntary, non-profit, unincorporated group of concerned dentists. Together with ADPAC (American Dental Political Action Committee), Dental PAC strives to promote the dental health of our nation and to shape the future of the dental profession.
